Platings/Coatings of Neodymium Magnet
Neodymium magnets are among the strongest permanent magnets available in the market today. These magnets are made from an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron and are used in various applications such as electric motors, generators, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). They are highly resistant to demagnetization and corrosion, but to further enhance their durability and longevity, manufacturers often apply various coatings on the surface of the magnets.
Nickel-coated magnets have a shiny, metallic surface that gives them an attractive appearance. This coating also helps prevent chipping and cracking of the magnet surface due to mechanical shock or impact.
Epoxy coatings also improve the magnet's resistance to demagnetization and temperature changes, making it suitable for use in challenging environments.
In addition to nickel and epoxy coatings, other coatings commonly used for neodymium magnets include zinc,gold, silver, and copper. These coatings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also provide additional benefits such as improved electrical conductivity and resistance to tarnishing or oxidation.

Packing Details : Packing the neodymium iron boron magnets with white box, carton with foam and iron sheet to sheilding the magnetism during the transportation.
