1. Are you a factory or trading company?

2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, sample orders available. Welcome to order our sample to test and evaluate the quality of our products.
3. What is your MOQ?
A: Usually we don't have MOQ , 1pc for sample checking is available,but the bigger qty, the lower price!
4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually could arrange to ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. The shipment usually takes 7- 15days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
5. How to proceed an order ?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and place the order.
Fourthly We arrange the production when we have receive the payment. We will do the shippment when the goods ready.
6. Can you design for us and print my logo on on led light product?
A: Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
