Platings/Coatings of Neodymium Magnet
Neodymium magnets are a composition of mostly Neodymium, Iron and Boron. If left exposed to the elements, the iron in the magnet will rust. To protect the magnet from corrosion and to strengthen the brittle magnet material, it is usually preferable for the magnet to be coated. We have a variety of conventional Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, black epoxy coating. after plating, has a good rust, corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance: black epoxy> Ni-Cu-Ni > Zn

Packing Details : Packing the neodymium iron boron magnets with white box, carton with foam and iron sheet to sheilding the magnetism during the transportation.
Neodymium magnets has strong attraction,Usually,we need to use spacer to separate the magnets from each other to prevent customer from being hurt when take it out.And need protective box or anti magnetic shield packed in cartons for air and sea deliver.
